All Spanish activities are managed from the VTP Group's head office located in Guadalmansa, "The New Golden Mile", between Marbella and Estepona.
Since 1998 the company has been engaged in multiple activities in Spain comprising, among other things, development, construction and sale of several first-class projects, including more than 300 individual apartments and houses.
VTP Property España is the VTP Group's parent company in Spain rendering managerial, financial and administrative assistance to the other companies in Spain and Bulgaria.
Livingstone Estates Consulting is VTP Group's estate agency from which both VTP Group's own and external projects, houses and apartments, etc,, are sold. The agency also offers a wide range of services such as rental, cleaning and maintenance of apartments and houses.
Tikitano is a first-class Gourmet restaurant enjoying an attractive location along the Mediterranean between the two apartment complexes Cabo Bermejo and Torre Bermeja built by the VTP Group.
Bermecon is the development company, which has been responsible for the construction of the VTP Group's own as well as external projects for a number of years, including the construction of Restaurant Tikitano and the apartment complexes Cabo Bermejo and Torre Bermeja.
VTP Azahar Resort is a company, which owns and manages the further development of "Finca Garabito", a 300-hectare plot situated at Casares.
VTP Property Bulgaria is the company responsible for investments in and development of projects and estate agent activities in Bulgaria.
